Community Facilities & Amenities

Summercreek Homeowners Association is located in Thornton, Colorado. The main entrance is located at the intersection of 128th Avenue and Eudora Drive, just east of Colorado Blvd.

The Association consists of two hundred-forty (240) duplexes and seventy-one (71) single family homes.

The community was built in two phases. Phase I units were built between 1983-1985. Phase II units were built between 1993-1995.

The Association maintains and insures the three (3) community parks. The Association also provides the structural exterior replacement insurance on each residence. The Association maintains the exterior (siding, trim, gutters, brick veneer and roof) of each residence for repair/replacement and painting.

The Association monitors and enforces its governing covenants and Rules and Regulations. Architectural Guidelines and Standards have been adopted and established for homeowners to follow when upgrading, enhancing or changing the exterior of their residences or yards.
